Travelling from Glasgow prestwick airport to edinburgh?
ive seen various methods online but would really like a rough price..maybe cheaper to hire a car?
If the flight in to Glasgow is new within the last 6 months, for example the Ryanair Belfast city one, your rail travel is free to Edinburgh(basically free to anywhere from Prestwick airport). If the flight is over 6months old ur rail is half price. It cost me about £15 for return train Edinburgh-Glasgow Prestwick and that’s 4 trains altogether when flyin with an over 6month old flight! As I was travelling from Edin, I got my ticket there but when ur coming FROM glasgow if you show ur flight documentation (confirmation numb and passport) at airport information desk u get ur whole ticket free or else half price depending on how new flight is.
