Through the meticulous effort of Battle Hill resident Mark Lalloo, the wheels are officially in motion for the cycling events during The Empire State games to be held here in Westchester County July 25 through 29th. The Empire State Games is one of the largest sports competitions in the country bringing in almost 6,000 participants, and economic benefit to the host county.  read more »
