Travel Madrid To Valencia

Where should we visit in Spain?
We are three college students. We've saved to travel in Spain this summer, we will be in shelters. Madrid and Barcelona are final. We make the choice between continuing a few days here: Toldeo, Valencia, Alicante, Cartagena, Malaga, Sevilla, Cadiz, Lisbon and Bilbao. The three of us speak Spanish, to some extent. We hope to stay in the beautiful city, preferably low-cost cities for young people are friendly. I'm sure one of these would be incredible, but any suggestions? We do not have enough money to stay in the hotels we stay at hostels and shelters especially, but bars would be great! Can you recommend one of these other cities?
My suggestion is to do a better route. You do not say how long will remain as an important piece of information not provided. If you decide to go to many places, you end up paying more time on buses or trains Not exactly the best part of the trip, then go more places and stay longer offer a more intense experience. If you go to Madrid, you can take an excursion to Toledo and Segovia and another to another basin. Google these places, filled with ancient monuments, good food, close to Madrid. Alicante and Cartagena. Well, it has beaches, but the fact of Barcelona and Valencia and there is nothing very exciting to be there IMO. Lisbon, Portugal and Spain. A marked trail will be maintained if sufficient time can be Barcelona, Valencia (just go south), Madrid, with trips of one or two days in Toledo, Segovia and Salamanca, Cuenca and perhaps also, then south to Seville, perhaps spend a day in Cordoba and Granada should definitely see one or two days. If you have time to get to Malaga and Cadiz (Personally I do not find particularly attractive compared to Seville or Granada), but Granada is a must see. Bilbao is difficult to achieve in this way, maybe you could start there, go to London Andalusia, then go to Valencia and Barcelona and ends there. Of course, you are airfares play a key role, it is important to start and finish the route on the town get to / from home, to minimize the amount of time spent (often wastes) aboard trains here and there. You will need 3-4 weeks unless you stay one day in each place, which does not look like a good plan. Normally, it will offer the best places to stay. Things change and there may be new hot spots.
